Your calendar already knows what you did
Most unbilled time is never written down. The quick call, the review that ran long, the meeting nobody logged — by Friday it's guesswork, and guesswork undercounts.
Timsio reads the calendar your team already keeps and turns each event into a suggested time entry, matched to a client and a project. Your people accept, change, or reject each one. Nothing is logged without a person agreeing to it.
There is no screen recording and no keystroke logging — the suggestions come from calendar events.
Approved hours become invoices
Rates resolve automatically — by task, by person, by project or by client — so an invoice reflects who actually did the work. The resolved rate is captured on the invoice when it's raised, so changing a rate later never rewrites an invoice you've already sent.
The same hour can't be billed twice. You can send invoices, chase the overdue ones automatically, and give each client a portal to view what they owe.

Worth knowing before you switch
We don’t collect payments from your clients. Timsio creates, sends and chases invoices, and gives your client a portal to view them. The payment itself happens outside Timsio — bank transfer, or whatever you use today.
Accounting sync runs one way. Invoices and payments push from Timsio to QuickBooks Online or Xero, not back.
We’re early. Timsio is a young product and we’d rather tell you that than find out you expected something else in month two.
