Pricing questions
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. When you change plans mid-cycle, your new plan starts immediately and a fresh billing period begins. We don't pro-rate unused time on your previous plan.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — annual plans save 20% off the monthly rate. Use the Monthly / Yearly toggle above to compare. The discount appears as one annual charge at checkout (e.g. Plus is $115.20/user/year instead of $144).
What counts as an "active project"?
Any project with the status "Active" in your org. Archived projects don't count toward the limit, and the data stays in place for reporting.
How do I get billed for additional users on Plus or Pro?
Per-user pricing is calculated daily and billed at your cycle (monthly or yearly). Add a user mid-month, you pay for the days they're active in your next charge.
Is there a free trial of Pro?
Yes. Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial — full access to all Pro features, no credit card required. After 14 days, you keep your data and choose the plan that fits.
What happens if my payment fails?
We'll email you and you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method. After that, your account is suspended (your data is preserved) until you fix billing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep your features until then. You can reactivate any time before the end date if you change your mind.
